Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will be accepted if contact is made within 14 days upon receipt, in exchange for another item (or items), or for store credit. If the return is due to a defect in the product, a full refund will be issued upon return and inspection of the item(s). Shipping charges for returned/exchanged items, each way, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Returned items must be in the SAME CONDITION as they were received. No credit or refund will be given for any garments smelling heavily of perfume or smoke.
Returns/exchanges usually take longer to process, so please be patient with the whole process and feel free to contact me at any time to check on the status.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for items that are returned for a refund, as opposed to store credit or an exchange.
