Shipping

How quickly will my order ship?

Your order will typically ship within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated (pre-orders, back-orders or made to order items specifically take longer). If you need your order to ship sooner, please contact us to see if that's possible. We will always try to accommodate your request! 

What are your Holiday Shipping guidelines?

Domestic Cut-off > We will be shipping orders placed through December 19th. Expedited shipping is available and encouraged for any orders placed after December 11th. USPS Priority Mail or UPS is available to help insure your order arrives in time for Christmas. Any questions, please contact us > orders@xenotees.com

International Cut-off > We will be shipping orders until December 20th, but only orders placed until December 1st are likely to arrive in time for the holidays. Expedited shipping is available and encouraged for all international orders placed on or before December 1st.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Feel free to contact uswith any questions and we will get back to you in less than 24 hours.

Where are you located?

Xenotees is based in Philadelphia, PA. Your order will ship directly from zip code 19124.

How do domestic orders ship, and do you provide tracking?

All US orders ship via USPS with "Delivery Confirmation" included. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you when your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the USPS to update the information on their website.

All international orders ship via USPS as well, but are not eligible for Delivery Confirmation.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping is available for both domestic and international orders. You will have the option to upgrade your shipping when you check out.

How long do international orders take to arrive?

Transit times are generally around 1-3 weeks (especially if you choose DHL) after they leave my studio in Philadelphia, but items may be held up in your country's customs system. I have no control over how long this process or the time in transit, takes.

 Note: When your package arrives, you may have to pay additional customs fees and/or VAT fees for which you are responsible! I have no control over these costs. Please understand that I also cannot mark "gift" on the customs form as that is illegal & I could incur serious fines. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Clothing: Yes, but please consult the size charts & read my shirt descriptions carefully in order to avoid the need to return shirts--- most of the clothing on which we print do run smaller  & they are more fitted. If a product runs particularly small, it will be noted in the listing. If you have any questions or need advice on shirt sizes, don't hesitate to contact me! There is a size chart in every listing.

Pillowcases: Most people have standard size pillows. Often times, queen or king are bought in error, when gifting them to another party. These can be returned or exchanged if they are in the same condition, as when they were received.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days upon receipt, in exchange for another item (or items), for store credit, or a refund. Shipping charges for returned/exchanged items, each way, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received. No credit or refund will be given for any garments smelling heavily of perfume or smoke. You must contact us before returning or exchanging any item(s).

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your exchange to be processed. New orders take precedence over returns/exchanges.

I bought the wrong size- can I make an exchange?

If you have any questions or need advice on shirt sizes, don't hesitate to contact me

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How do I use a discount code?

At the checkout, simply enter the code in the box on the right hand side of the payment screen. 

When placing an order on a mobile device, select ‘Show order summary’ to find the discount code entry point.

How do I use a Xenotees Gift Card?

At the checkout, please enter the code in the box on the right hand side of the payment screen. When placing an order on a mobile device, select ‘Show order summary’ to find the gift card entry point.

If you do not spend the entire amount on your gift card, the code will remain valid, and you can spend the balance at anytime. If you spend more than the value of the card, you can simply pay the difference with whatever other forms of payment accepted.

Products

Where are your products made?

Ethical products and production methods are extremely important to me. I try to use "made in the USA" imprintables whenever possible, but If they are made elsewhere, I make sure they are 100% sweatshop-free and Platinum W.R.A.P. Certified.

What kind of shirts do you use?

We use a variety of shirts. Most shirts are currently made in the USA by Los Angeles Apparel, Comfort Colors, Bella Canvas, US Blanks, but we occasionally use other brands to add more variety as far as color and cuts are concerned, like Alternative Apparel and Bella. If you have any sort of questions about sizing, please feel free to ask!

I don't know what size shirt to buy, how do I choose?

In every listing, you will find a size chart. Please consult it carefully, but also feel free to ask any questions if you're unsure about what would best work!

Clothing is made by various companies and then adorned in the Xenotees studio. The sizing can vary greatly. That's why it's important to look at the different size or spec charts.
